Since the initial announcement, Increment has garnered international attention in the gaming and XR community. The game was featured at the New Images Festival in Paris, captivating audiences with its colorful and playful immersive environments. "Increment" is also honored to be at the legendary Tokyo Game Show 2023 as part of the "Selected Indie 80".
Created by a single person, Increment is Mark Pil’s attempt to bring to the metaverse something it truly deserves, a clicker. The result ends up somewhere between satire and an earnest meditation on what happens when you’re faced with the only thing that “matters”, making numbers increase.
